Northlight Advisory Services

Northlight Advisory Services is a fractional COO and AI advisory practice based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, founded by Elizabeth Lemoine. We work with small and mid-sized businesses to integrate AI into their day-to-day operations — reducing manual work, improving output quality, and building infrastructure that scales without burning people out.

Our approach is hands-on and practical. We don't sell AI strategy decks; we build the systems, run the pilots, and stay until the work is actually working. Northlight has shipped three production AI tools — Northlight Vault, Northlight Meetings, and Northlight OS — each with published case studies demonstrating what real AI implementation looks like in a small organization.

We serve founders, executive teams, and operations leaders who know AI should be part of how they work but haven't had the time or expertise to make it happen. If you need someone who can assess, build, and hand off — that's what we do.
