Key outcomes included the successful implementation of all mobile app features on both iOS and Android platforms, along with efficient data capture within a Postgres database.

We started with estimation,design prototyping and road map of future work. Main project tasks were to develop a platform where user can:

• Have a personal profile that characterizes them as representatives of the muses. industries.
• Upload and license of copyrighted works.
• Find partners and license joint works,
• Automatically distribute tracks to dozens of large stores through connected distributors who track royalties from their sales.
• Additionally sell or buy tracks on the platform's internal store.
• Withdraw money accumulated from sales from personal account.
• Create tenders to find partners, as well as respond to them.
• Communicate with each other in personal chats.
• Order additional services (mastering, mixing, promo, legal support)

Stack : Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React/Redux, Material UI, MongoDB, Docker, Swarm, Chef

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The team made our platform from scratch, product implementation, launch and support. All the work was done in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

It was a dynamic workflow divided into weekly sprints. Each sprint is individually discussed with the project manager and approved in advance.All steps are transparent and tracked in Azure.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The cooperation was very clear and dynamic. Communication was really fast and all our requests were processed as soon as possible. Novus fully got our ideas and needs and implemented them in the best way. Besides that Novus support our product to this day.

There are always new and better ways to improve the project after its finished and Novus is the great partner to come back for new solutions.
