I engaged with One Digit Solutions for help with the Colour Printers website and its ongoing maintenance. ODS not only did a complete revamp of the site - rebuilding it from scratch as the previous version was template based and falling apart, they also then maintained it for us. This included security fixes, performance improvements, mobile optimisation, content updates and additional pages from time to time. 
They also undertook organic SEO for Colour Printers, including our Google Profile which over a period of 6-8 months began generating positive ROI upto 30% of our monthly revenue from customers in local areas.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased online visibility of our business online for local suburbs, resulting in increased ROI upto 30% of our monthly revenue after an effort of 6-8 months - including keyword analysis, content updates, building additional page specific to our key services, backlinks, and site performance updates that improved its Domain Authority month by month.

Respecting the time difference on weekends, our contact at ODS was responsive and available to take calls on very short notice mainly via online apps, with regular team calls to cover larger pieces of work. We received monthly reports from them on performance and keyword suggestions too that helped inform ongoing effort. 
We had one central project manager who would call in experts from within the team when needed, this made it easy for us as we only needed to rely on one person to solve our online issues.
