We’re a software development company that works on client projects. Our main focus is on blockchain projects connected to cryptocurrencies, fintech, and so on. We also do outsourced Python development. I’m the head of growth in the company, and my responsibility is to build marketing and sales processes and execute tactics.

What challenge were you trying to address with Orange Juice?

We were looking for a partner that could help us with Google PPC so we could find clients in the UK for both of our verticals.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We focus on Google Ads, with search, display, and remarketing campaigns, targeting blockchain and Python development, respectively.

We wanted to see whether we could get quality leads from Google Ads, given that the market is very competitive and lead acquisition costs are high.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with two people from Orange Juice. One of them is in direct communication with me, and the other is on the technical side.

How did you come to work with Orange Juice?

I looked online for partners with Google certificates and had interviews with 10 companies. Orange Juice had the highest possible certificates for Google Ads, they had experience in our industry, and they had competitive pricing.

How much have you invested with them?

Their fee is a percentage of our advertising budget, so it varies. Their fees have amounted to around $5,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Orange Juice in March 2020, and the work is ongoing.

We achieved the impact that we wanted. We wanted a decent and moderately-priced way of getting leads, and the outcome was exactly as we expected.

I give them full marks for communication. They’re responsive, civil, and clear with communication. We communicate by phone, email, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their proactiveness is most impressive. If we get a new situation to solve or an unexpected problem, they’ll be proactive in offering solutions for acting on it. They don’t wait for us to tell them what to do.

We will definitely return to this cooperation.

I was missing regular reports from Google Analytics, which would allow for a faster reaction and potential strategy changes.
