What specific goals or objectives did you hire Orbit Infotech to accomplish for your agency?

We had a client looking for SEO services. I was looking for several options, but other SEO agencies weren’t doing the job properly. I needed immediate assistance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Orbit Infotech provides SEO and SEM services. The team has created content, managed ads, and worked on technical SEO, on-page SEO, and backlink monitoring and creation to improve our client’s website positioning.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Orbit Infotech.

How did you come to work with Orbit Infotech?

Someone referred Orbit Infotech to me. I chose them because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, and their pricing fit our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Orbit Infotech in December 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Orbit Infotech has helped me in such a way that my client’s conversion rate has increased from 5% to 38%. Additionally, the client’s traffic has increased from 300 to 1,900 visits per day. As the number of footfalls and inquiries has increased, the client’s revenue has also increased.

How did Orbit Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

Orbit Infotech delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Orbit Infotech is very good at communication and fast at acting on suggestions. The team asks us several questions to create a strategy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Orbit Infotech doesn’t prefer to purchase backlinks, but I think this is mandatory sometimes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Orbit Infotech?

We needed help with mobile app design and development for a stock trading company in India.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Orbit Infotech designed and developed a mobile app from scratch using Node.js and Flutter. We provided them with our idea and a workflow, and they were in charge of the design and color scheme. Based on our requirements, they incorporated third-party extensions into the app. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with a project manager and a designer from Orbit Infotech, and 4–5 more people were working in the background.

We found them on Upwork.

How much have you invested with them?           

We spent $18,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Currently, there are around 10,000 users on the app.

How did Orbit Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

They broke the project down into four milestones. Although there was a delay in the delivery of the first milestone, the team ultimately completed the project on time. We used Trello for project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed that everything went fine with the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should focus more on the pre-project documents; they took a bit more time with that than expected.
