We researched online and found OTAKOYI's website. We liked the website design and their experience dealing with Japanese clients.

OTAKOYI's PM conducted an interview and understood our requirements. We also shared some documents which stipulated requirements. We had some meetings to make sure we are all on the same page. We also communicated frequently on Slack.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very pleased with the design. The designer was knowledgeable and had some great suggestions to improve the UX. His speed of work was fast and his communication on Slack and Figma were fast and easy to understand. The PM made sure the project was done in accordance with the timeline.

We used Slack and Figma which worked very well to communicate at both the designer and PM level.

The work is exceptional, but more importantly the people are fantastic. It is a genuine pleasure to work with them.

Normal bumps and bruises but they have been patient working with us - no concerns nor complaints.
