   1. I was particularly impressed by the proactive partial refund they issued because my account required a longer "warm-up" period due to its initial low follower count. This gesture showed fairness and good faith.
   2. They were also very upfront about their methods, the initial slow pace during warm-up, and even the small potential risks (like Instagram popups or temporary action blocks), along with how they would handle them (e.g., freezing payment). This level of transparency builds trust.
