We had to change the scope of our work multiple times and Padiso guided us through all the obstacles. We could take our product to the market after 7 months of build phase and received great feedback from high profile customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Padiso?

The challenge I was facing was ambiguity in the digital strategy targeting the right stakeholders, how to talk to them in the correct language, and also planning the services value ladder and also designing service level agreements.

We did a discovery meeting with Padiso and from the very beginning, it was clear that they had the right solution for our challenges. I decided that I want to work with Padiso to have a solid foundation for the business.
