We have selected PBJ marketing after going through the customer reviews in clutch. I found out that they have an impressive track record.

We hired PBJ marketing to help us rank for new keywords in the janitorial niche. We weren’t pleased with our previous agency because of the lack of results and transparency. Since we were new to the business, SEO for local keywords and PPC were a must for us.

There was one SEO accounts manager who was in charge of our particular project and he was the point of contact.

I can say without a doubt that their SEO/PPC hard work did helped bringing new traffic to the site and increased inbound customer enquiry as well. They did an amazing job implementing SEO and PPC for our local business. We will be hiring PBJ marketing again in Q2.

Weekly zoom meeting and Skype calls were the normal mode of communication in addition to occasional emails.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication is clear and frequent. They regularly updated me with what they're working on, problems they're facing, and progress they're making. Their SEO knowledge was very impressive. They also know how to explain their findings and suggestions in a simple and clear manner which immensely helped newbies like me to get a better understanding on digital marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no negative feedback to give about PBJ Marketing. I just want to say that DO NOT expect overnight miracle by doing some SEO and PPC campaigns. Be patient and it will work for you.

Since PBJ started working on our project, and ppc campaigns, the number of genuine inquires have increased. As we are on a tight budget now, we have paused the campaign for the time being. We will be hiring PBJ marketing again in 2022 for sure as we planning to expand our business.

Weekly zoom calls and Skype chats were the mode of communications. The accounts manager assigned usually reported me on every Fridays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Planning a digital campaign that works is definitely not easy. But PBJ Marketing understood our requirements perfectly and kept us in the loop every time they made changes for the better to the campaign. I’d give them a full 5 for their professionalism.

PBJ did a great job for us, We are still getting the desired results even though our PPC campaigns are on pause. But, our local directory listings still working for us. So, I can’t think of anything at this moment.

We didn't have a paid digital function prior to bringing on PBJ Marketing. We were looking for a partner to help us break into LinkedIn Ads, Google, and Facebook, and the team has been extremely collaborative from the start. hey have walked us through best practices for digital marketing, and we've had many brainstorming sessions that help the rest of our marketing function as well.

We have weekly assessment meeting with the account manager. He is always available in Skype and Zoom as well.

The entire PBJ marketing team have been amazing partners. I couldn't have asked for better specialists to help with our paid digital efforts. Even though they have not worked with companies in our industry before, they did a lot of research and provided best practices for digital marketing strategies.

Digital marketing has been ramping slowly, but not due to PBJ marketing's fault. We are working in a niche industry, and our audience is very targeted. I'm excited to see where we'll be 6 months from now

Our company website needed a facelift desperately. Plus, we needed to run some online marketing campaigns to get more targeted audience. And, PBJ did a fantastic job redesigning our website and running ad/ppc campaigns.

PBJ marketing was very professional in their discussions with us and they took time to understand our goals and requirements. They were able to draw up a detailed plan for the next 6 months for our firm.

It was on time. There were no delays in responding to my questions and concerns.

Unlike most agencies, they didn't see us as just another client, but had taken a genuine interest in our business. That personal touch is something I’m sure their other clients would have also experienced and it’s what sets them apart. That’s real customer service to me.

Our experience has only been good so there’s nothing that I dislike about working with them.

How did you select PBJ Marketing and what were the deciding factors?

Good Reviews in Clutch and Google

We signed a contract with PBJ Marketing for Search Engine optimization to increase traffic, revenue and ranking for 7 months and we paid a total of $17,500., but, unfortunately the Google Rankings for our major keywords dropped up to 66% instead of improving.

Also, the revenue was being tracked twice as of May 2020 till end of October 2020 which means our revenue was doubled. The tag for Google Analytics was also paused meaning it did not fire on the website causing a non standard implementation error which resulted to revenue discrepancies.

The only thing we received from PBj were a few monthly reports showing incorrect revenue and everytime we asked a question, Pranali was saying it was not part of the contract which was never mentioned in the actual proposal.
