We hired Peppermint Agency to help us to prepare and post on all Social Media platforms. For us it was very difficult to prepare the graphic materials and texts for the posts that is why we have decided to find an agency to help us.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have professional posts and to show to our audience what we are doing. Also, we needed help to find what to post, so Peppermint is always coming with interesting topics.

I knew Inga, one of their co-founders, for a long time. In the past we collaborated with her for some Marketing projects. When I found that she has founded a Marketing Company, I had directly convinced the board to work with their company because I knew they can definitely help us.

We have a Trello board where, from time to time appear new cards with ideas for the next posts. Also our team have access there so we also can propose some ideas. After selecting a certain idea they are preparing the description and graphic materials for and after they are asking for our approval.

After the approval they are posting the graphics on Social Media. Recently they have started to help us with copywriting because we are changing our focus. Their team was very proactive to help us with this.

What was the team composition?

We work with their CEO for the administrative stuff. Beside that, we are also working with their copywriter and their technical guy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The success is proved directly by our target audience. I have received several times good appreciation for the thing that we became very active on Social Media. Also, from the beginning of the collaboration with Peppermint Agency, I found that a lot of people found out what exactly we are doing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I like it very much. Everything is very transparent, easy to see the progress and a backlog where we can add new ideas. I also like that they keep track of all of them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Proactiveness. I like very much that they are always coming with tons of ideas. Also when we want something that is not very easy to be done, they are not refusing and accept challenges

I have worked with more agencies and I can tell you that they were the best. So I don't know what they can improve.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have increased our reponse rate on Facebook, as well as successfully communicated with the clients in Romania.

The communication with the team was very nice and effective. We prepared communication strategy for our message inbox and comments. The agency also cooperated with our local Sales team in Romania, which provided more details and updates about current offer in this country.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

First of all - their openness to new international business opportunities. Secondly - smooth communication with the team and their extensive knowledge of social media.

We are very satisfied with our cooperation with Peppermint Agency. The communication was flawless and the results of their work were very good.

I’m the CEO of Napoleon, a family-owned restaurant. In the last year, I’ve been involved in the digitalization of the business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They do our digital marketing and social media management for Facebook and Instagram. 

They take care of our online presence and come up with various strategies on how to improve our sales. They come up with promotion ideas.

What is the team composition?

There’s one person on the sales side and another person on email marketing. There’s also a designer who creates content for our social media profiles, and someone else who does copywriting.

How did you come to work with Peppermint Agency?

I used to work with one of their co-founders at my old company. He later started his own agency, and we remained friends. We gave them an opportunity to work with us for this project. We liked how they handled everything and we’ve continued working with them.

We’ve invested about $5,000.

We started working together in March 2019, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality is great. We’re really happy with them. There were hiccups here and there but 95% of the time we’re very satisfied with their services.

How did Peppermint Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been great. We don’t have a specific project management platform. We talk via phone or WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really understand how to work with each client. Their ability to mold themselves to our needs and accommodate us financially is impressive. They give us a very fair price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The reporting could be improved. It’s very hard to report how much money they’ve made for us. It’d help us and everybody else if they actually showed us how much money they’ve saved for us or how many more sales have come in.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Talk to them every day throughout the project. Sometimes they have many clients and won’t answer directly. It will take a few hours to hear back from them.

After analyzing my workflow and core goals for the next few years, I identified that I needed help with: content publishing, content repurposing, content syndication, reaching out to podcast creators for speaking opportunities, seeking out and engaging with the best channels according my strategy, and keeping this virtuous cycle going while also maintaining high quality in everything I deliver.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I saw Peppermint’s impact in just a month since we started working together, and the people who follow my projects noticed too! They actually asked what had changed in my workflow that enabled me to both do my work and put so much effort behind my personal projects and I told them that it was Patricia and her team’s help that got me that far.

They immediately wanted an intro and closed the deal to start doing the same. As a quick example, one post on my LinkedIn profile now has over 30.000 in reach and incredible engagement! I’d never accomplished that before and it stands out as one of the sources that created meaningful conversations and brought me tens of connection requests from people who are potentially good clients for my freelance business.

Additionally, I now publish new content twice a week which has increased my website traffic by 20% and my LinkedIn following by 5%.
