The testing of the App was over and above what was expected. There are still only a few things left to do and I am confident the project will become all that was expected.

The team and management was excellent in responding to all our needs as the App was developed. Some delays occured but was quickly resolved. The management was always polite and very responsive to our desires and our plans.

Sometimes the response to emails were short and lacked details in the resopnse to a problem, but they never gave up to insure they understood clearly what was required or needed.

Politetech is the company we use to manage our website development projects; they work on everything from simpler startup websites to more intricate enterprise model websites for our bigger clients. They make use of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, HubSpot, and WooCommerce among other technologies. Additionally, they work on numerous API integrations with other companies, such as Google Maps and MailChimp.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our client retention rates are really high. No client has expressed dissatisfaction with the work that Politetech has completed as a result of our collaboration with them. They regularly achieve the target on tactical indicators, such as site speed and key web requirements.

Their superior project management skills are the primary reason we work with them. We have been supervised by the same project manager from the start. Collectively, they've been quite active in our Slack channel. We use Jira to monitor their daily progress and Monday.com to organize our projects. 

Every two weeks, I receive a report on their time management, which enables me to evaluate how well they've responded to our specific needs and requests. Most importantly, they consistently meet their deadlines and stay within our allocated budget often exceeding it.
