To utilize the video on our product listings, as well as on our social media channels.

First, through Google, and then via a rather impressive discovery process.

Promoshin hired an actress for the project, created scripts, procured props, and filmed and edited the videos per our specs/feedback.

We worked with a dedicated project manager, Gabriela, who was absolutely fantastic.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While we're not quite ready to deploy the videos yet (though we will soon), the feedback from user testing has been overwhelmingly positive.

Very, VERY good.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The deliverables were just top-shelf, and that's what it's all about.

Not from my experience.

They provided a 2 person filming crew, a voice over, which went through the functionality of our pet carrier

To communicate in a fun way how easy creating a custom frame from home can be.

We had a brainstorming call with our account manager and then planned out all of the scenarios of the video to be covered. Then the project manager sent us drawings of the scenes to get an overall feel for how the video would look. Next step was creating the animation which had a few adjustments along the way, but the Promoshin team was very accommodating and easy to work with.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They would share updates with us on a platform that allowed us to make comments on each update and then they would come back to us with the updated video. There were several iterations of this, but we were able to achieve a great final result.

It looked exactly as I envisioned,

Very good, with great response time and flexibility to make changes.

Their communication and openness to new ideas made it very easy to work with them.

I would say maybe to hire better illustrators, as the first illustrator did not work for us. However, they did find an alternative for us who was able to execute our vision.

Their positive attitude and unlimited revisions are noteworthy aspects of the collaboration.

Considering that they're a low-cost provider, the quality of their work and their level of communication are outstanding.

We wish that some projects moved faster, but we understand that's the nature of animation. It just takes longer than we would like.
