What was the scope of their involvement?

Pronto Marketing built a website in three languages with lots of visuals, lead collection forms, and a color library. We have a somewhat complex corporate structure that spans North America and includes franchises in Australia, and Pronto Marketing built a site that works for all of this.Regarding the color library, it breaks down our color offerings into types and displays them in a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate section.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We moved from the SEO/SEM keywords, pages, and languages to wireframes and page mock-ups that we could submit notes on in real time, to finished pages and the live site. Any complications we encountered were quickly addressed in a virtual meeting. Pronto Marketing was a great and responsive partner throughout the process.Moreover, the website had faster page load times. We moved from a C rating on GTmetrix to an A rating. It will take time to see if we get an increase in leads and traffic.

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Pronto Marketing didn’t miss any deadlines. If things took longer, it was due to complications on our end. Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings.

The goal was to create a unified digital experience that aligns with the company’s brand, communicates its expanded services and statewide footprint, and provides an improved user experience for clients and prospective team members.

While the project finished slightly behind schedule, the delay was primarily due to internal change requests and evolving project priorities on our side. 
Throughout the process, the team demonstrated strong adaptability, professionalism, and responsiveness - adjusting timelines, incorporating feedback, and accommodating our revisions to ensure the final product met our goals and standards. Their flexibility and commitment to collaboration were key in achieving a successful outcome.

Structure and navigation have played a huge part in this. The team has also done an SEO review and created a content strategy to generate organic traffic.

Setting up the hosting for the new website and providing basic instruction to our team on how to manage the hosting. Migrating existing content and developing new content as needed. Providing training and documentation for our team to manage the website post-launch. Setting up ongoing maintenance and support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new site launched with a searchable database of all grants made during the past 5 years.  That was our most specific desired outcome to demonstrate transparency.

Our development representative was very responsive to our needs and especially to our unfortunate circumstance of losing our lead team member due to a fatal accident.  The project was delivered on time.

It could have been useful if Pronto had a permanent record of what "copy" had been approved by the client.  There was some last minute confusion about some "missing text" and it was not possible to determine how or when it got dropped.

When we first met, I shared the challenges we were facing with our previous developer, and you assured me that our experience was “not the norm” for any professional company. I am here to tell you—I am now a believer. Your team has achieved more for our website in a short time than our previous developer managed in an entire year.

The level of service we have received from your team is truly lightyears ahead of what we experienced before. Initially, I was hesitant to move forward with some of our goals and projects, as my ideas were previously deemed too lofty or unattainable. Our past experience involved months of waiting for tasks to be “completed,” only to receive half-done or poorly executed results.

The project was completed, and along the way the team was responsive to our design ideas, our requests for changes, etc. They worked with our communications team to ensure that we had a successful launch when the site was ready to go live.

The team, from start to finish, was responsive and timely with responses. The project ended up taking much longer than we had expected due to factors on our end, and our team with Pronto was patient and understanding as we navigated those delays. They remained in communication in order to help us stay on track but, as I said, worked with our timeline. That was more appreciated than they will ever know.

Pronto Marketing has had a great onboarding process. We've had initial meetings with the team's account manager, who then sent a proposal in a nice format via email. Pronto Marketing has collected initial discovery information through a form. Once I completed it, we had a document with our company's brand guidelines and marketing messages. Pronto Marketing has created the site's mock-ups, and we've gone through a revision cycle. 

The team has done integrations through different platforms and forms. Pronto Marketing uses PHP on the backend and works with WordPress and Elementor for frontend building. The site has call-to-action sections and information about our annual sustainability events. The team has incorporated all our content from past years and created a membership feature where clients can log in and create a profile. 

Pronto Marketing has launched our site and continues to work on maintenance and adding features to the site.

Pronto Marketing has successfully launched our website, and we've seen an increase in leads. We've collected more information from prospects through an integrated form on our website.

Pronto Marketing delivers work on time and on budget. We collaborate via Asana and communicate occasionally via Google Meet, booking meetings through Calendly. Pronto Marketing has conducted revisions on different platforms where we can provide feedback. The team also has a client portal where we can see our billing and invoices and connect with their chat support. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm mostly impressed by the team's customer success. Pronto Marketing makes it easy for the client to make decisions and move the project forward. Pronto Marketing's technical and design expertise are also noteworthy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We've sent documentation to Pronto Marketing, and there have been some additional revisions we've had to make that I think could've been picked up if the team had just reviewed the documentation again and seen our directions or specific image selections, for example.

My only suggestion is to stay engaged with Pronto Marketing during the project. From the client side, you can get busy with other things, and it's important to imagine how this project will fit into your workflow and check their project management system because that is an easy and organized way to stay involved.

Our project manager at Pronto was attentive to our needs and requests. Communications were clear and fluid using Asana as our primary project management application. The difference in time zones posed certain challenges, but the Pronto team delivered when needed. Deliverables were largely achieved as expected and where functionality did not meet expectation, the team promptly reacted to meet our needs.

Pronto Marketing has improved the loading time of our site and the overall quality of our images. Their SEO services have put us on potential customers' radars, and we’ve seen increased website traffic since we brought them on board. Their work overall has exceeded our expectations.

If we run into any issues, they take care of them. Pronto Marketing is patient and has always kept us on track. We use Asana for project management, and they do a good job of staying on time and within budget. We use a ticketing system when there is anything that we want to update. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team always checks in with us to ensure that we’re happy with the changes they’re making, and they always keep us in the loop. Pronto Marketing has a good idea of what a website should be and how it should flow. They also do a great job of answering all of our questions. We would absolutely use Pronto Marketing again.

We wish they had a bit more of a personal approach when it came to moving our company into their maintenance services.
