I worked with Python Force through my company, but this project I actually hired him for my personal laptop that crashed about 8 years ago.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had such a positive experience working with Python Force through my company that I felt very confident in hiring them for my own personal IT needs.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

I first gave my old mac to Python Force and I was then given detailed information about how he was going to work to try to salvage all of my files. Once he knew they were salvageable, he explained to me that he would also make my computer useable again, organized all of my files, and provided me with a thumb-drive with all of the files. It was extremely organized and very impressive.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I now have all of my files and photos back! I also have a well organized computer with easy access to all of my photos. My only goal was to retrieve these files and photos, and it was achieved, quickly and efficiently!

Their thoroughness, attention to detail, and content knowledge were impressive.

Website was very fast and easy to use and we had very few complaints about it
