Response time was fantastic. Deliverables we not quite on time, but completed milestones were on point

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication was very good, and they understood our needs and requested features for our business well; they took the time to discuss our needs and find solutions.  They were and are very willing and have a strong desire to provide us what we need and want.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Qodequay Technologies could have done differently?

I think the initial discovery stage could have been more intense and planned out better so that we met the originally planned timeline. I think the analytics part of the website project could have been handled differently so as not to hold up the rest of the project; perhaps done in parallel. So, team/project management might not have been planned perfectly and might have impacted the project timeline as a whole and impacted the original budget.

scope of work included 
creating a prototype and then a fully functional web application for the charter school clients that we have.
Creating the architecture for the web application and including its deployment and resource allocation as well.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The prototype and functional website were completed, which gave us a better idea of how the website would be useful to our clients in the long run.
New requests were incorporated and handled responsively as well.

All the issues were debugged quickly
