I’m an office manager at a pallet manufacturing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Quickway Infosystems?

We hired them to create a website for the company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Quickway Infosystems provides us with web development and mobile app development. We've provided them with documentation and requirements, and they've developed and designed our website. For the website design, we requested a colorful design that was engaging to customers and contained a lot of information. They also create web content for us. 

The team has also helped us develop a system to allow us to assess how good our products are. Within this project, they've created websites with training modules. Within the modules, employees can go on the system and decide whether a pallet is a pass or a fail, so the solution teaches them what is right and wrong. Currently, they're developing three mobile applications for Android and iOS.

My director has been friends with one of Quickway Infosystems' teammates for quite some time and has worked with him on many projects. When he started the company, we decided to go with them. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Quickway Infosystems meets all our requirements, and their work has helped improve our product quality. The system they’ve created helps make our business a whole lot better by enabling us to give perfect quality to our customers. 

How did Quickway Infosystems perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re quick to work and very fast to respond. If we have any issues, they’re fast to sort them out. Moreover, their communication is very clear and understanding. As for tools, we use email, chat through WhatsApp or meet on Facetime or Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Quickway Infosystems’ work quality and time management. They’re very quick at responding and getting things done with good quality. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have no complaints; everything’s been good. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would suggest adding them via WhatsApp and chatting with them. Additionally, set up  Zoom calls to sit down with the whole team and brainstorm what’s needed.

For what projects/services did your company hire Quickway Infosystems, and what were your goals?

Our website was over 10 years old. Since we did not have in-house developers, Quickway was hired to do the project. By doing this, we will be having a better interface and user-friendly access.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was suggested by an old developer with worked done by them before and had a strong confidence on Quickway. We took the chance after couple of meeting and we made the correct choice.

We had discussion meeting with goals and projection, from there the team delivered a test environment and we worked constantly until the finish product.

That it did not matter the obstacles they always found a way to get things done and solve any issues.

Any bugs that came a float they were ready to fix them.

I am the founder of a software application that focuses on employee engagement

For what projects/services did your company hire Quickway Infosystems, and what were your goals?

We were struggling to find a development company to build our software application. We had tried with two previous developers and they just couldn’t get the product to the standard we required. They also took far too long to develop the platform, always missing agreed milestones.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was introduced to Quickway by a friend in South Africa. Their extensive knowledge and solution-minded focus are what impressed me most.

Once we showed them the brief and UI artwork, they were able to develop a complete solution, often adding value to the system and UI that we hadn’t thought of. Even though we were located on another content, Quickway managed to deal with the difference in time zones with ease, accommodating us every step of the way.

We had 8 people working on our account, including the lead developer, project manager, specialist developers and a QA.

Our development process has been iterative, and although timelines have been tight, Quickway has managed to come in on time through every iteration.

We leveraged JIRA, InVision, Zoom and WhatsApp to manage each project.

Their willingness to give any crazy idea a go and then find the solution to make it happen.

Be absolutely clear exactly what it is you need developed and take the time upfront to make sure everyone is absolutely clear on the outcomes.
