Our legacy IT infrastructure didn't include any cloud-based capabilities, which meant that it was hard for our team to access client data unless they were on site. this also made remote work difficult. we hired this vendor to help us shift our operations to a cloud-based model. Our goal was to scale our business through secure data access.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We put out an RFP and shortlisted 5 cloud consulting firms. After interviewing them, we chose this company based on their clear proposal and experience.

first, they led a series of discovery workshops to better understand our business requirements. We work with a lot of confidential documents, so we needed a way to transfer files securely. Migrating our data from an on-site server to these cloud systems made it easier for us to access our data while out of office.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cloud migration was a great success. Now that we have a secure way of accessing client data off site, our consultants can quickly pull relevant information while working with a client and share any files. We feel comfortable knowing that our information is backed up on the cloud too.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had a reliable team of experts who were willing to respond to our questions. We mostly spoke over email and meet. If there was a change in the schedule on our side, they were quick to adapt.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team drew from their past experience to recommend helpful Microsoft solutions. Because our team was familiar with their products, it was easier for us to use.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some delays in migrating the data into the cloud because we had to back up our information, first. It took a while but was a necessary step.
