Raochra is a sensemaking practice for professional services.  Clarity is treated as overhead in most engagements. We think it should be treated as an asset: something that can be created, measured, and exchanged.  When the gap between the named problem and the real one is left unmanaged, both sides pay. Practitioners in unbilled discovery work, clients in rework, and lost value. We call this the Bilateral Tax. When the gap is managed, both sides collect a Clarity Dividend of fit, trust, and a shared context that compounds across engagements.  We are building the Clarity Gap Framework and applying it to drive consulting-led business transformations with independent consultants, fractional executives, advisory firms, and the stakeholders who buy their services.
