Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The work included art direction and execution for a brand new game franchise. We started with a blank slate and needed a professional art team to provide art direction as well as executing all the art in the game. This included, a set of 3D characters and animations, models for various game pieces. Some game pieces needed very precise modeling. Some needed creativity in driving direction forward. Overall, this was a challenging project that needed a lot of input from the art side.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, RetroStyleGame did an amazing job: 

• They developed a gorgeous set of characters for the game that provided personality for the game and helped it stand out 
• Retro Style Games developed their own input when we were unsure about direction and acted like full partners. They took the initiative and suggested new ideas that helped the game to look even more professional 
• Overall, RetroStyleGames delivered all the art work in our project, resulting in a beautiful and professional looking game, maximizing our chances of success

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The incredible increases in art of quality has allowed our game to grow in almost every metrics; Retention metrics, new player engagements, improved microtransaction metrics. We got all of this while staying within the agreed budget and time deadlines.

We were pleased with the work pipeline proposed by RSG. Working through a project Manager, who regularly ask for feedback on progress and reviews the results with Art Lead and Art Director before their delivery - the level of autonomy that we had been working for in our outsourcing partner for a long time. From just a verbally formulated idea we get a finished result, which is a joy to behold.

The quality of their art is outstanding.

I don't think even after years of cooperation I could name anything to improve. All the feedback we had was instantly implemented by their team.
