The team has built the PRGRSS mobile app (iOS & Android) and helped move it from concept to a working MVP. RipeSeed has also delivered and supported the admin panel and a corporate portal (Next.js). The team has implemented the backend (Node.js & Express) and set up cloud deployment (containerized on Google Cloud Run) plus event-driven functions where needed. RipeSeed has delivered a working MVP and taken it to deployment: a React Native mobile app (iOS & Android) plus Next.js admin and corporate portal, backed by a Node/Express API deployed on Google Cloud Run. Key integrations (payments, COS, and calendar) have been implemented, and we’ve received clear technical documentation and architecture notes that have helped stakeholder and investor conversations. Regular releases, bug fixes, and stabilization milestones have shown consistent progress towards launch readiness.We’ve tracked speed to market (milestones delivered per sprint), stability/quality (bug count, crash reports, and fixes), and adoption signals during testing (new sign-ups, active users, and usage of key journeys like onboarding, booking, and messaging). We’ve also monitored basic performance and uptime through our cloud monitoring as we moved toward launch readiness.Overall, we’ve hit our key goals for speed to market and delivery, getting to a deployed MVP with the core journeys working end-to-end. As expected for an early-stage product, there have been areas where results have needed iteration (mainly bug fixing, performance tuning, and edge-case polish), but RipeSeed has been responsive and worked through those quickly as part of stabilization toward launch readiness.

Our company worked with the client to plan out the features and design of a new web-based application. We handed over the design assets and wireframing to Ripseseed for them to build the backend and frontend from. There were 3 different web portals for 3 different user types. One was for an elderly population on mobile web. There was a Twilio (SMS) integration and several complicated graphs displays (complex UI).

I was given the ability to seed the database with test subjects and demonstrate the app progress to the client along the way. The key goals were to build iteratively to help test and narrow in on the MVP key features. I was able to demonstrate the key features to the client and receive feedback that was then implemented by Ripseeed.

I was very clear about our milestones, deadlines, and budget, and they were responsive in letting me know up front what goals were achievable and which ones needed to be adjusted.
