The team has conducted extensive research for our business to come up with exceptional brand outcomes. Also, she is SUPER responsive & highly intelligent & knowledgeable in her skills

I would like if she can communicate on Phone instead of just chat conversation.

We’re a small national company. We do SEO work for clients and generate customers for small businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sana Khalid (Creative Tech 360)?

We were working on some websites and needed help with logos and icons.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sana Khalid designed several logos and creative icons for various websites. We described what the icons would be for, and they created a custom design based on that. The team would give us 4–5 samples to choose from.

What is the team composition?

I only work with Sana (Graphic Designer).

How did you come to work with Sana Khalid (Creative Tech 360)?

I found Sana Khalid on Upwork. I liked their previous work, so I contacted them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $300.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their designs are perfect. We’ve just started, but we’ve been incredibly pleased with Sana Khalid. They’ve become our go-to designer. The team is excellent at following instructions, and they receive feedback well. Furthermore, their turnaround time is fantastic.

How did Sana Khalid (Creative Tech 360) perform from a project management standpoint?

Sana Khalid has done an excellent job with project management. It usually takes them a day to finish their tasks, so they’re very efficient. We use Google Docs to manage the project and email to communicate. They respond within 1–2 hours, and they’re very transparent on what they’re working on. We’ve also had a couple of meetings, and Sana is just so pleasant and easy to work with. She’s very professional, and we really adore her. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that they go above and beyond and give us a handful of options. I’m also impressed at how their designs are exactly how I want them to be.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any negative feedback about her. The team follows through and delivers great designs.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very thorough when it comes to giving them descriptions of what you want. I also recommend communicating through email because it’s clearer.
