When we started looking for vendor, we searched on Google to make a list of app developers. We loved their website, which was a good indicator of their potential technical engineering capabilities. They had big-name clients on their portfolio, too, which drew us in.

We were in contact with the project manager from start to end in the project, there were 2 developers one senior and one junior who worked on the application.

What I can say is the end product is really good. The project manager was very responsive to emails and any issues that arose as we went along.

Team Sapphire is really good when it communication , we were kept updated with the tasks going on. We coomunicated with the project manager who would then communicate with the rest of the team.

Their professionalism was impressive in the workflow. They followed all the processes we gave them.

No, not that I can think of.

We were looking forward to work with an IT company and having a long time association, we needed few dedicated developer from the team who would be working on our project to achieve our goals. With the efforts of Sapphire Software solutions, made a Mobile application for the our school Deep Darshan Vidya Sankul. Our goal was to have a long time IT partner, who along time would work and support on various school management integrations in future.

The developers worked for us five days a week, and according to our requirements, they built our application for backend processes, and dashboard to manage everything with a click, after which we also gave them future projects which included adding biometric for employee time and attendance analysis,for communication with parents SMS and email modules, taking online examination and assessments multiple choice and subjective based, parents to pay the pending fees from anywhere using online payment that will be directly credited to us, and virtual classroom added just recently owing to the covid times so that education to the students is not suffered in any condition.

Three full-time mobile app developers worked on our application including backend.There was a sales person initially, a manager who guided the team.

They were great. We were very ambitious about our requirements and are still working with them.They were very quick with the response.They were familiar with developing educational application which we were impressed.They included us in the process along the way and made the process easy.

The team and the developers involved had their own ideas and suggestions. We used skpye to communicate with the project manager. It was very easy to reach out to them.

The application developed by the skilled developers of the team Sapphire in a way exactly what our teachers, students needed. The manager replied promptly, responded to the queries whenever we needed.

Nothing. Overall, the entire process went smoothly.

They were very passionate with their work. They clearly tried to understand what we were trying to deliver. Owing to the Covid times we were not able to meet them physically, yet the team bonded very well.

We manage a lot of personal information for our students and employees, so we need to have a high level of confidence in who we’re working with and their ability to manage information. With OTP based secure login, Parents can now have clear picture on their ward’s attendance including Late coming & Early going, one to one communication with special feature like query, helping parents to quickly resolve their query from home and can be directly addressed to the concerned person in the management.

They’re very attentive and respond quickly when we have questions or ideas. Available with their valuable solution right away and had resources available on the project. For example, if a small bug comes up their developers worked on it the same day and get it resolved quickly.

We had video meetings. They have been great with finishing the work well before deadlines. They're very flexible and agile at being able to schedule time for us.

As mentioned we were looking for someone who could manage a lot of personal information of our students and employees efficiently. They were great at finding out the perfect solutions for every problem.

No, not really. The two main areas, time and cost, have stayed within our expectations.
