I was hesitant to sign up and spend almost $2500.00 but the owner wrote the following.

As shown on their website for seoresultspro.../best-seo-services-provider/, I was supposed to get 6 Articles, 6 Blogs and 2 Press Releases EVERY MONTH and now they are rushing at almost the end of the third month (Three Months PAID IN ADVANCE) and all that has been accomplished is a tune-up and keyword research and that is only up to 45 out of 55 keywords at this point.
They want to be paid for ANOTHER 3 months now! WHAT? Are they kidding?
It was so bad in the beginning, weioth Desmond, that the owner (Jason) assigned a new senior project manager.

I emailed Jason multiple times about the lack of performance and a refund from 12/11 – 12/18 and now he is just ignoring me.

Based on what the owner wrote (above) it has to be done to MY standards and satisfaction and "nothing short of it". I am not being way out there and unrealistic; I just want what was promised and very, VERY little has been done - not even ONE month's worth, in my opinion.
November 2024: it is the END of the third month when virtually all that was promised SHOULD have been done.
I filed a charge-back with Citibank and they gave him THREE MONTHS to response, which he did at that last moment.
The long story/short version is that they did finally agree with me and I got my money back but do you want that grief?
I still do not have copies of the website changes which I SHOULD have gotten every month!
I OFFERED TO PAY HIM for the files because I cannot make even one change without losing the "tune-up" and header changes that they did. I GOT NO REPLY
