We are giving services to the Private Schools of Punjab State. The reason we hire S &J solution is that we would like to share text data, docs data, and video data with respected clients. So we hire S & J solution to develop our website with proper authentication. The goal of our company is to connect all clients under one login.

We found them through a referral and considered them along with 5 other vendors. Because the project was such a high priority, we needed a results-driven partner that was committed to providing customer support.

They designed and developed a Drupal-based business management solution. We first started with a discovery workshop to go over our business challenges. Then, they gave us workflows and design mock-ups to approve before starting production. They completed the project in 2-week sprints, which allowed us to test functions and give feedback. The final product automated our data entry and generated revenue reports.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people in the core team, including a project manager, a designer, and 2 senior developers. Other resources would come and go depending on the project's needs

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project early, which was a major achievement for us. Within the first three months, the solution has reduced data entry errors by 70%. The data automation also frees up our employees' time, which allows them to focus on other tasks. Their team performed so well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain the solution.

The project management was great, especially compared to other vendors we've worked with. They regularly met deadlines, and we never had unexpected turnovers. We communicated through Webex, Jira, and GitHub.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to the whole team, which made it easier to communicate our ideas. Things can be lost in translation if you're only talking to a project manager.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything is perfect and responsible.

I am the founder of the company and hope that the company serves its purpose and fulfills our motto which is "Education with Passion".

Our first batch of students would be commencing their course from 27th Sept 2021 . So in a short span of time not only have we been able to build the site courtesy of Sj Solutions but also been able to gwet students and guide them as well .

Their workflows were very effective. I could reach out to the team whenever I needed.

They perform their tasks in a time bound manner and perform it professionaly
