The collaboration has been very effective, though we initially faced some complexities with the tracking setup that required a few iterations to perfect. Earlier implementation of additional email-sending domains could have also allowed us to scale the outreach volume even faster. However, the team has addressed these points professionally and adjusted the strategy to meet our goals. Overall, we’re satisfied with the results and the current pace of our global marketing efforts.

We needed help with our paid acquisition. We wanted to grow it without losing efficiency and ultimately hand it over to our internal team with full onboarding and multimonth support. We also wanted to diversify our paid acquisition by testing new performance channels and approaches. Additionally, we needed to implement a system for live, daily, court-level reporting and forecasting to ensure spending decisions were grounded in real downstream results and enable daily performance management.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Skalski Growth started with a strategic research engagement (September 2022–March 2023) in which they evaluated potential international expansion markets through a custom scoring model and live demand tests with dedicated landing pages. This gave us hard CPC and CPL data before any product investment.Between March 2024–March 2026, they ran as our growth team. They took ownership of Google Ads, launched and scaled Facebook Ads, ran controlled tests on Bing, X, Display, and email marketing, redesigned and A/B-tested simplified landing pages built on an external no-code stack to bypass dev backlog, and scaled paid budget on our Hungarian and Romanian markets.They also built the data layer underneath all of this, connecting ad-platform data with our CRM in courts, plus court-level forecasting that predicts likely contract output from the first days and weeks of each court. This way, every spending decision was grounded in real downstream results and could be managed daily.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Google Ads was scaled meaningfully while keeping the target return on ad spend stable. Facebook Ads went from zero to a second pillar of paid acquisition. The simplified, external landing pages they introduced delivered higher conversion and generated learnings for the website. Hungarian and Romanian markets were scaled in parallel with the core market.Across the funnel, marketing reporting moved from monthly aggregates to live daily courts, with court-level forecasting that predicts likely contract output from a court's first days and weeks. This let us manage performance daily and changed how we made marketing decisions.At the end of the engagement, we transitioned performance marketing and analytics to our internal team. Skalski Growth ran a full onboarding and supported the handover end-to-end. They were a great “bridge solution” that left us with mature processes, dashboards, and playbooks our in-house team could continue to build on.

How did Skalski Growth perform from a project management standpoint?

They had very strong project management. We had a weekly cadence, clear written reporting, transparency, and responsiveness. They were especially good at execution and speed, able to deliver new things sometimes in a matter of hours. When priorities shifted on our side, they reorganized quickly and never used it as an excuse.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were a paid-acquisition team that thought like a CEO. The tests they ran had clear hypotheses, the campaigns had clear unit economics behind them, and decisions were made based on contribution to meetings and contracts, not vanity metrics.

A few channel tests didn't produce results worth scaling, but the speed at which they were tested and shut down was exactly what we wanted from a growth marketing partner.

We gained detailed visibility into marketing performance, enabling quick reactions and supporting strategic planning. SEO efforts also improved rankings, expanding visibility beyond branded searches.

• SEO research Keyword Analysis: The team conducted an analysis of keyword search volumes, difficulty levels, and intent (transactional vs. informational). It covered keywords the company already ranked for, those targeted by competitors, and potential new opportunities. 
• Prioritization: Working together, they refined the list of keywords to best fit the business's goals and plans, selecting the top 5-10 to focus on initially.

They also put together visual and textual recommendations for improvement of the website in terms of UX and our business goals.

In the first step, the Skalski Growth team interviewed us (the founders) about the business and goals, quickly audited our marketing and analytics, as well as previous actions, and took a closer look at our product, market demand, and competitors. They used this as input for a strategic workshop, during which we brainstormed possible growth tactics. We agreed on a revenue goal for the next three months with weekly checkpoints, and they presented us with a high-level plan on how to achieve it. 

This process took about two weeks. In the third week, they implemented Google Analytics 4 from scratch, including user funnels and revenue tracking, and designed quick fixes to our main user flow. We set up regular weekly calls to discuss business results, during which they presented us with in-depth data and recommendations on various topics (ranging from orders structure, to user retention, to channel performance). 

As we approached Black Friday, the team helped us plan our very first promotion, set up the coupon feature on WordPress, and promote coupon codes on the website, in Google Ads, and in emails. In December, they developed a SEO content strategy and started creating SEO-optimized content showcasing various use cases of our app. To our surprise, it almost immediately increased our traffic by a few hundred clicks a day! We continued with this tactic in the following weeks, creating new content. 

We only provided feedback on the presented ideas and supplied raw images, while they took care of everything else—topic planning, content specifications, writing, image editing, publishing in WordPress, internal linking, results tracking, etc. The team also reorganized our Google Ads, introducing Performance Max campaigns, changing targeting, creating new creatives, and more. 

Historically, our campaigns had not been profitable. In January 2024, they managed to drive the ROAS to over 230% and they still see significant room for improvement. Besides that, the team helped us with many other topics, including tweaks to the product (e.g., including viral features), paid listings, and various research topics. 

In early February, we met to summarize our first quarter of working together. Our weekly revenue increased by 54%, traffic by 87%, organic traffic by 83%, and our SEM spend increased and became profitable. We set goals and brainstormed actions for the next quarter.
