SKYLINE PR GROUP designed a new logo and website, created a brochure and organizational profile, and managed our social media accounts. The team also created a YouTube channel and uploaded videos and created a LinkedIn page. Regarding the website, SKYLINE PR GROUP created it from scratch, focusing on our activities of business training programs and mentorship.

We wanted to discover the needs of the local tradespeople and free lance service providers in Nairobi, Kenya to help us provide an affordable and productive service for them. This was achieved through individual surveys conducted over the course of several days, receiving over 300 responses in that short time. The results were collected by questionnaire and collated on google forms for an easy to view set of responses.

The project was conducted very smoothly with the research taking place over three days and the total project time was very swift, within 7 days from signing contracts to receive the analysed data. Ebby the manager was very responsive and communicated openly through the entire process.

The engagement from the team was superb, with speedy responses and well-met deadlines.

I think the process overall was excellent, if there was one area I would like to improve it would be confirmation that the results had been received and they were moving onto the analysis, just to inform me of the completion of each stage of work.

We've seen a 75% increase in our sales since beginning our project. Many of our customers remark on our creative and unique advertisements, so that's a testament to Skyline Public Relations Work.

We have weekly meetings with the project manager to go over progress and next steps. Additionally we communicate over Slack regularly and they give us regular updates.

Their commitment to understanding our business needs and doing the necessary research at the start was impressive. Their creativity is remarkable.

I'd prefer we use Skype for the conference calls other than Google meet since that is what we use for our organization.
