Slingr produced a LIMS system for us and has worked hand in hand to work throiugh bugs and getting it to fulfil our complicated set up.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now able to limit manual transcript of results and save time on the back end of our testing with only adding minor amount of front end work.

Mati is our main go to for the project. He and his team are still to this day going ubove and beyond to provide quick updates, problem solving and more. When we meet it is never finger pointing or excessive billing charge, but a friendly enviroment that include our work, but also just a fun environment to work in. I could go on, but this experience goes above and beyond what we have seen from our prior providers.

The friendly atmosphere while fulfilly promises without excessive billing. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Slingr could have done differently?

Only surprise was the printing of labels tasks could have been cleaner and streamlined without using secondary sources to print labels that are important to everday business. We has provided them access if they choose to help integrate this into there existing platform to better all customers.
