What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? They create excellent content. Are there any areas for improvement or something SmartSites could have done differently? As a small business when you put your trust and hard earned money into a marketing company that is confident about getting your business running, you have some natural expectations. When the company falls short of those expected results, extreme measures should be taken to make it right and not just apologize for no results STAR RATINGS Overall rating: 1 Quality: 5 Cost: 1 Schedule: 4 Willing to refer: 1 In the presentation I was told that it would take about 4 months to generate good organic traffic that would turn into sales by month 5 & 6. Well, a little over 5 months and the last data showed we were way behind on any substantial uptick in traffic and we had ZERO sales. $10,000 invested and nothing to show for it with not much hope on the horizon as my account advisor basically said 'sometimes things don't work out.' Their content is good and they were kind enough to let me get out of the contract without a fee. I don't have an opinion about them either way anymore but just stating the facts which I hope help with your decision .. Good Luck!
