We just finished our first month with SmartSites so measurable outcomes are hard to pinpoint right now but I will say our business profile and google presence has definitely changed and is visible/ credible now. I also was really happy with the Blog Posts that they wrote for us.

Being honest.. I was not very confident in what we were going to receive as we are a very niche market and there is a a lot of confusion between hemp and marijuana and it is very important that it is explained properly. However, the team that worked on our blogs proved me wrong and they were EXCELLENT! Not only are we hitting the keywords that we were after, but the overall educational aspect of the blogs is perfect and is definitely a piece that we have been missing!

Rich is extremely responsive to my every request, which can be a lot sometimes. He allows me to be heavily involved in the process and never makes me feel like I'm overstepping. If I don't understand something, he is wonderful about explaining all the details to me. Their knowledge, efficiency, dedication, and responsiveness have all been far above my expectations. The working relationship between myself and my analyst, Rich, could not be a better match.
