Soroc Systems helps European companies build and scale software with senior engineers based in Bolivia and across Latin America.
We work through two models. Staff augmentation, where individual senior developers join your existing team, your tools and your standups. And dedicated teams, a self-managed unit with a tech lead and QA that owns a full stream of work.
Every engineer is senior, with a minimum of five years of commercial experience. They keep a four to six hour overlap with Central European Time, and every engagement includes a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement, an NDA, and full IP assignment from day one.
Our rate is 25 to 45 euros per hour, all in, typically 40 to 60 percent below the cost of hiring the same seniority in Western Europe. Soroc was founded in 2026 by a team that includes former Big Four professionals.
