We hired Stone Digital in 2021 as our ongoing web development service provider. Work done so far includes:

• customizations to bespoke wordpress theme
•  migration to Gutenberg editor to allow for easier editing
• round the clock support for improvements, bug fixes and security monitoring.
• technical improvements to assist with SEO improvement

We are an architectural lighting company who supply high end lighting to our clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire Stone Digital, and what were your goals?

Our website was created 5 years ago on a platform that is no longer serving us. We required the back end of the website be moved over to a different, more-easy to use platform. With thousands of products, the website needed to be robust enough to hold many different product and model categories. We also required a few upgrades including changing our search function as well as a few other minor adjustments.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for the right fit and a lot of other website developers were offering complicated, expensive solutions. Stone Digital were easy to deal with, professional, affordable and presented a simple and inexpensive solution to meet our needs.

After our initial meeting, Stone Digital suggested that we switch over to a Wordpress platform rather than the complicated, outdated website which we were on. We supplied several csv files to show how our website worked and what sorts of product uploads we were working with. Brett and his team came up with some easy solutions to make product uploads easier and more straight forward.

We worked with Brett mainly along with Jeanette.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far, we love the website. It is exactly what we needed and more. The interface is very intuitive and has bonus features which we are yet to explore.

Very communicative and professional. Brett emailed regularly to let me know how the project was going and we were never kept in the dark.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The pricing was a big plus but also just how easy it was to deal with Brett. He also communicated in a simple way which was really to understand.

I wouldn't have changed a thing.
