Successive Digital developed the website. Initially, after the discovery phase, the team suggested we build the prototype first. So, we came to them with a prototype we’d implemented in a few places, talking them through what we’d done and wanted to do. That included some code that we’d developed, screenshots of our rudimentary platform, and customer research.

Tech leads at Successive Digital thoroughly guided us through their design phase. We went through journey mapping, developed user personas in greater detail, and created wireframes. Once we transitioned into full-scale development, they built a website with the enabled features of Personalized billing to the insurance providers, patients, or physicians. We also asked them to build testing courier delivery features where We can accommodate virtually any specific pick-up requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Our services became streamlined after meeting with successive digital.
• Initially, we faced many problems in appointment scheduling, sample collecting, and billing. Now that everything is available on one platform, our customer retention has increased enormously.

At the peak of their involvement, there were around 15 people who rotated in depending on our needs. They assigned a business analyst, a project manager, two backend developers, a frontend developer, a full stack developer, three QA specialists, a designer, and a software team lead.

Successive Digital designed and developed our website's front- and backend — some parts they built from scratch, and others were only upgraded. To jumpstart the process, we provided a list of services and products we offered so the user could read about it and make their purchase.

I liked Successive Digital's team's weekly and daily sprints and working style. In addition, they were good at giving updates and taking feedback via Slack, Skype, and Asana, which were their main tools for communication and project management.

The website of the detox market was designed keeping in mind all the features we ever wanted. Especially the theme of the brand has not been played with. They kept it intact, and we absolutely loved it. The website is user-friendly and can easily track the entire user journey. The seamless integration helps us in tracking and reducing the rate of abandoned carts and purchases made.

There were constant communications and constant updates on what was going on with the project. The website is user-friendly and can easily track the entire user journey. The seamless integration helps us in tracking and reducing the rate of abandoned carts and purchases made.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found successive digital on google. After seeing the reviews, we were pretty sure of the deliverables. Seeing them, we decided to give it a shot. However, we weren’t sure until we actually went on the discovery call with the team successive.

They gathered all our requirements and suggested us the solution over the call only. It was quite an impressive experience for me as they genuinely understood our requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Successive Digital could have done differently?

In the initial phases only, we were introduced to the project manager and we were pretty sure of effortless communication. So, when the team actually started working on the project, there were constant meetings, both daily and weekly. Daily meetings were only conducted with the concerned person (either UX Designer or the developer) in presence of the project manager, while the weekly stand-up meetings had everyone giving us weekly updates on the project.

To make the communication even smoother, the team made a group on Slack where anyone in my team could go and check the updates even in case of missed meetings. This majorly helped us in getting involved at every stage of project development. Also gave us the open hand to check if anything is on the track or not. Successive Digital followed the agile approach to cater to our frequent requirements on design and development processes and features to be added. .
