A cloud-native CRM and operations platform built to digitise and streamline client lifecycle management. The engagement covered end-to-end product development i.e. from system architecture and UX design to implementation of core modules such as onboarding workflows, compliance tracking, service utilisation, and management reporting.

Deliverables included a modular, scalable platform with role-based controls, configurable workflows, and a foundation designed for multi-entity deployment and future commercialisation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully delivered a functional CRM and workflow platform that is now used to manage our client lifecycle and internal operations. We have seen improved visibility over deadlines and service delivery, better tracking of client engagements, and a reduction in manual processes.

The system has also provided a structured foundation for scaling our operations and standardising workflows across the firm, positioning us for future growth and potential commercialisation of the platform.

The project was managed in a structured and disciplined manner, with clear timelines and regular check-ins throughout. While there were natural iterations given this was our first tech build, the team remained responsive and adaptive, ensuring progress was consistently maintained.

They were attentive to our needs, took time to clarify requirements, and were proactive in proposing solutions where gaps arose. Overall, communication was clear, expectations were well managed, and deliverables were completed reliably within agreed timelines.

What impresses us most is their mindset and approach to partnership. Beyond technical capability, the team demonstrated genuine patience and a willingness to understand our business before proposing solutions.

As this was our first technology build, we valued how they guided us through unfamiliar territory, challenged our thinking where necessary, and worked alongside us rather than simply executing instructions. This level of ownership and collaboration made a meaningful difference to the overall experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sun Asterisk Inc. could have done differently?

As with any first-time collaboration, there were naturally some iterations and alignment required at the early stages, particularly in translating business requirements into system specifications. However, the team was responsive and proactive in addressing these, and the process improved as the project progressed.

Overall, there are no major areas for concern, and the experience was a positive one.
