We had branding and marketing needs for our customers. We don’t do designs. We’re only programmers and developers.

They mainly design new logos and help with branding and marketing. We’re still working with them. Customers continue to come in.

We started working together in April 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They do an amazing job. They really deserve credit. The clients love our work and the presentation is nice. The marketing is beautiful. The branding is great. Our customers are seeing a steady growth of 5-10%.

How did Tailor Made Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email and phone calls. They’re very responsive. When we email them, they respond in less than 5 minutes. They send a link and you can book an appointment virtually on Zoom or in-person. It’s very convenient.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very quick to respond. They keep us up-to-date with what’s happening. We get links to Dropbox and to all the resources that they have. That way we can make adjustments. They’re able to come on board and work with our team which makes it super easy. We don’t have a marketing or branding team, and they handle that area for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything has been really smooth. I can’t think of anything they could do differently.

Give them a call or email them.

I hired them to do advertising for my real estate office. My husband is a real estate attorney and I manage his office, so they were also in charge of advertising there, too.

They’ve done Facebook advertising, helped us with our website, and with direct mail advertising.

I work with Jay (CEO) and one other person from their team.

I met Jay when he worked for a different company and he kept in touch with us.

We’ve spent at least $500 per month.

We started working together in 2016, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don’t have a specific number in mind, but we always have a ton of calls coming in as a result of the advertising.

How did Tailor Made Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We typically communicate via email or text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their personal attention to detail stands out. Jay really tries to do what’s right for the client and he’s a very nice guy. I like working with him and he drives results. He really cares, and he’s become a good friend.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not for us. If I need something, Jay’s always on top of things.

My advice is to have a clear idea of what you want. There are so many different pieces to the puzzle and it’s important to know which ones you’d like them to handle.
