I’m an Executive and DevOps lead of YA DevOps, a DevOps consulting and professional services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with TAMYEO Group?

We needed to build our first website for our new brand, including a landing page and a “contact me” page for customers to be more approachable.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TAMYEO Group provided us with end-to-end web design and development services. After a short conversation, they built the vision of the site and its content according to my shared experience with them. The team also designed our brand’s logo and implemented it on the site. The main deliverables included the website with hosting and domain, the logo, SEO, and a full guide on how to manage the site later on. TAMYEO Group also provided support for the first year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The progress was very quick; within three days, the site was already running. Two weeks after the site was online, a customer reached me through the site’s “contact me” page, and I’m already in the negotiation process with this customer. I also track the site’s analytics and can see that there are visitors.

How did TAMYEO Group perform from a project management standpoint?

TAMYEO Group delivered on time and even better. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TAMYEO Group provided great support and a very informative and helpful first meeting for the first design and understanding of the process. The team is a real expert and demonstrated it in the meeting and when they delivered the product, which gave results so fast. They never bluff, are professional, and take full responsibility to give the customer the feeling that they’re in good hands, which is rare today.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Up until now, I feel good in their hands and have no complaints.
