I’m the IT director of ContractingPlus, a financial services company. We provide accounting, tax advisory, and payment solutions for contractors, freelancers, and self-employed professionals in Ireland. We offer company setup, cloud accounting, and financial reviews tailored to our customers’ needs.

We needed help with QA consultation and automation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Testvox has conducted a maturity assessment of our automation framework. The team has provided an assessment report with recommendations.

We’ve worked with 2–5 members of Testvox’s team.

Someone referred Testvox to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Testvox in February 2026, and our engagement ended in March 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Testvox has delivered an actionable improvement roadmap based on their findings. We’re still working on implementing their recommendations.

How did Testvox perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. We communicate with Testvox via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Testvox has a good team to work with.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

I heard about TestVox through my peers in our industry association. Their focus on testing services and references from people I trust were the deciding factors

We engaged Testvox for testing one of the products that we were working on. We had a major release planned and had difficulty ramping up the testing team. Testvox provided trained and experienced resources who were able to contribute directly during the testing stage.

We had a discussion with an account manager and explained our requirements. They shortlisted some of the candidates and shared their profiles with us. We then conducted interviews and selected the candidates

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We have successfully released the revamp of the product for which Tesvox resources were hired.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The resource from Testvox was part of the sprint meetings and daily huddles.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of resources is impressive. They also engaged with us to ensure everything is smooth and made sure we are happy with the services provided.

The project was to set up a B2C Marketplace for a retail store that seeks to attain online presence along with their physical stores. Testvox provided the services testing that were useful to identify and correct all categories of bugs / other issues in the system.

3 member team that simultaneously tested and provide feedback on all issues.

Existing and newer bugs to do with performance of the system were identified.

The project was a mobile e-commerce app for Android and iOS. The scope of the project was to test the full functionality of the application in both iOS and Android.

We had a dedicated project manager for the duration of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Testvox enhanced the quality of our e-commerce applications and delivered test cases in a timely manner. They also reported problems on an immediate basis. I’m happy that they completed the testing per our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was a communication plan wherein project updates were discussed on a daily basis.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed by their accessibility, timely communication, and on-time delivery.

I would like to see them scale towards large, enterprise-level testing.
