We began the project with a detailed discussion on our scope and requirements. Once Together had a strong understanding of our business, they came to us with a strategy and approach. They rewrote several existing drafts to improve the professionalism and marketing strength of the content. Their team also added information to our technical materials. For this process, they used Lightpaper.

They provided a dedicated strategy director and our managing director and project partner worked closely with them.

Although I can’t share specific details, we’ve received glowing feedback from our community about the newly released content.

They managed the work very well and kept us updated throughout the entire project. Their team answered all of our questions and delivered everything within the set timeline. We had multiple calls and emails to discuss milestones, and we reviewed the outcome once their work was completed.

As a start-up, we needed a partner to help us develop the vision of the app would look and work. We wanted to maximize its visual appeal to investors and users.

Several app agencies submitted pitches to us. After an extensive review, we chose to work with Together. They demonstrated a proactive approach to our needs as well as a fresh perspective on the industry—which was important to me as we want to stay on top of trends.

After receiving our brief, Together created wireframes for the app. We underwent several iterations before settling on a design that we liked. Together then designed the screens. We used those to begin testing with our target audience. We wanted to ensure we had a well-tested and -designed framework before moving the business into the next stage.

Thanks to the materials that Together put together, we can now have more detailed discussions with development partners, potential investors, and newly onboarded staff. They can now visualize the app and our business goals more easily.

Together managed a productive workflow from start to finish. They integrated so well with our existing communication tools—such as Slack—that it felt like they were part of the team. We interfaced with the designers directly, which we found extremely valuable. The team was quick to communicate, and we had regular calls to check in on progress.
