On March 25, 2026, Fragrance.com partnered with Ajmal to host an immersive, sensory-driven brand experience at LAVAN in Chelsea, New York. The objective was to deepen guest connection with the Ajmal fragrance brand by blending storytelling, technology, and personalization into a single, memorable evening for approximately 80 attendees. Produced by TopBrand Worldwide, the event featured four curated activations including Neurosensory Headsets, Lift & Learn, a VR Fragrance Journey, and a personalized Bottle Engraving station, each designed to engage guests through emotion, discovery, and craft. Key deliverables included full environmental and floral design, a branded arrival experience, sensory-inspired catering, AV and DJ production, on-site brand ambassador support, and custom gift bags featuring guests' engraved bottles. Fragrance.com and Ajmal led guest communications, product supply, and brand assets, while TopBrand Worldwide handled end-to-end concept development and on-site execution, resulting in a cohesive, premium brand moment from arrival to departure.

Their work met our and our end customer's expectations.
