I’m the CEO of a photography company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Triguns?

We needed a website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Triguns designed and developed our website. I initially gave them a call and told them what I wanted. I didn’t have any content, but I provided them with the assets, such as photos. They worked on everything from there. The team also ensured that it was a responsive website that worked on mobile devices and hosted it on GoDaddy.

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with 4–5 teammates from Triguns, including a designer, two developers, and a marketing person.

How did you come to work with Triguns?

They were a referral. We came to know them from one of our friends, and then we hired them to work on our website.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–July 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Triguns did a great job on the development. The website was already launched, and I received a couple of conversions, which had never happened before. It was much better than how it was before. In fact, Triguns featured my website on their website with my permission.

How did Triguns perform from a project management standpoint?

From day one, Triguns kept in touch with me, and they remained in contact throughout the project. When they designed the homepage and other pages, they got my feedback. They also worked on a couple of variations based on that.

As for communication tools, they initially insisted on using Basecamp or Slack, but I didn’t have time to learn those tools, so we used email communication. We also used phone calls and Skype.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Triguns' designer was very good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Triguns has a very good team of people working for them, and they've been part of this market for a long time, as they've been in business for 20 years. Moreover, I was impressed with their quick turnaround time. I had hired a couple of people in the past, but I was never satisfied with the results. However, Triguns developed an awesome website in less than a month, and their design skills were very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think they need any improvement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Outline everything you want in terms of project analysis. They’re good at requirement analysis. Once you provide them with the details, they’ll come up with a lot of good ideas.

We needed to create our website to feature some of our software titles.

Triguns has designed and implemented our WordPress website. Initially, we provided them with descriptions of our four products, examples of the websites we saw online and liked, and pricing.

We have one main contact, but two people are involved in the project. 

How did you come to work with Triguns?

Somebody we knew recommended them a long time ago.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them 6–7 years ago, but this project began in December 2023. The website is done, but they’re always available to respond if we have any issues. We like that about them.

They’ve delivered what we expected, and the site has definitely helped our business.

The owner is very responsive and creative. We’re pretty happy with their work.

Triguns comes up with ideas when we have an issue. They always find a way to address our problems and deliver results quickly, which we appreciate.

No, they always find solutions.

Be as clear as possible about your project description and the deliveries you expect. Give them the possibility to translate that into a design that matches your vision.

House of Knots is a retail unit of Uma Handlooms - A Govt. recognised Handmade Carpet Export Company. It is a family managed business and we third generation have done the forward integration and expanded into retail segment. I am the Creative Director and CEO of the Company.

We hired Triguns to create a website for our new company.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I put out a bid on a freelance website. Parry from Triguns took initiative and created a mock up of our potential website as well as company logo. We still use the logo he created, which was excellent. The web development was very affordable.

It was a one-time website construction. Parry has also helped me troubleshoot issues on the site from time to time.
