I am the chief technology officer at Econ Children's Village, We’re the leading children’s charity fighting to end child abuse in Uganda.

Trophy Developers converted our website from a static website that could only be updated by a Webmaster with high knowledge in website programming to a website that can be updated by almost everyone with knowledge of how the internet of things works. They basically call it a Content management system, they added SEO and helped us to develop a digital marketing system, we have now extended their contract to improve our digital marketing landscape to reach top priority organizational goals.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched in Uganda best website designers in Uganda and they came on google search list we select 5 agencies in Uganda, they all presented their website design proposals. And Trophy Developers seemed to be more in-depth and professional among others.

They provided their Brand discovery Questioniar and digital marketing brainstorming tools, later came up with the new wireframes and we approved, each stage was leading to a new step, until they launched everything now they have come up with a style guide and we are working closely to give them a go-ahead to get the results, we are looking for.

In total, we have worked with 10, Content strategist 2, Content Copywriter 3, website designers were about 4 and 3 web developers that I worked with closely

The Look and the web design improved, Donations increased, and website engagement with new subscribers. I am also capable to update the website and the blog myself without the help of the designers since they coached us on how to update the website with the best practices and guidelines. Every month they send us new best practices guidelines technology changes of the topics relevant to our organization

The project manager and Our Founder also together work closely through Zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their in-depth and honest Knowledge they told us our website to get better results it won't happen in one night as thought because many agencies were promising what was unachievable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Right now Trophy Developers has proposed to redesign our website so that it can load as faster as possible and it is what we are considering contract them again.
