RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Both Android and iOS apps were successfully approved for publication by Google play Store and Apple App Store.
• Our user retention rate on app platforms is above both, the industry standard and our other interfaces like website portal and kiosks.
• We recently conducted a focus group with our existing digital users to collect data about what they liked and disliked about our payments solutions. Most customers responded that they really like the app design and accessibility.

Their project management approach was quite iterative and collaborative, ensuring that we were actively involved throughout the development process. We had the opportunity to provide feedback at multiple stages, which allowed for continuous refinement and alignment with our needs.

They utilized sophisticated project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana, which greatly enhanced the organization and transparency of the project. Jira was instrumental in tracking progress and managing tasks, Confluence facilitated effective documentation and communication, while Asana helped in coordinating team efforts and deadlines.
The team demonstrated a strong commitment to timely delivery and maintained clear communication about progress and any potential adjustments. Deliverables were consistently provided on time along with supporting release notes to help us understand what to review and look for.
