To begin, Twibi Digital Marketing Agency interviewed some of our key stakeholders and held discussions to understand our positioning and pricing strategy. They put together a strategy they believed would work and have been fine-tuning that based on the results. Our initial engagement was focused on the Meta platform, but we plan to expand that in the upcoming year. 

The team is responsible for digital strategy, competitive analysis, creative development, media planning, and buying and execution. They also handle tracking, analysis, and reporting of results.

We started out with a month-to-month engagement but have been so pleased with their work that we will continue with them in this new year. With their assistance, we have quickly made it to a 3:1 ROAS.

• Monitor campaign performance, strategy execution, and report performance 
• Analyzing the performance of each campaign and applying the insights gained to continue to make them even more profitable. 
• Target people who match clients' ideal customer profile 
• Use analytics data to track performance and identify potential areas for improvement provide the Client with status report every two weeks 
• Analyze the current paid traffic efforts (if any), optimize the campaigns for areas that have the potential for improvement and incorporate the findings into a comprehensive pay per click (PPC) strategy
• Monitor ongoing pay-per-click reporting and optimization 
• Using analytics data to track how well the paid traffic strategy performs. 

For Ongoing SEO: 

• Monitoring of current keyword performance 
• Identification of up to 3 new keyword opportunities a month 
• Making recommendations for the client's website comms team to update the website with key SEO features, such as optimized page titles and ALT tags for the business unit pages. 
• Send a keyword report monthly and present that within the biweekly Paid Digital Advertising dashboard reviews. The report will include keyword rankings and monthly keyword and SEO optimization opportunities on the website.

High-Value Leads Generated = projected value: $1,209,900 over 7 months
