SEO services could leverage AI and custom coded tooling more.  There is too much inefficient SEO work that gets implemented like manually adjusting meta description when it should be done in bulk for larger sites.

UAWC are timely and strong communicators. No one is perfect, but they have strong internal project management capabilities and managerial oversight. It was rare that I would ever need to follow up on promises.

If ever there was an issue UAWC did not hesitate to throw resources at the problem to turn things around. We felt that our issues always given the right level of attention and urgency.

It's hard to complain about UAWC. They have done very good work for us and have shown a great degree of regard and appreciation for our business. The only thing I could pick on (which is a little unfair) is that we were guineapigs for one of their new services, and the communication wasn't strong for that service. But again, in fairness, they didn't have all their processes set up, and they definitely priced the service accordingly.

Our bookings via digital ads have increased by at least twice the numbers we were getting last year. They have been enormously helpful in managing a very big ad campaign for our small business. We have been using UAWC Agency for a number of years. From the outset they set up a thorough process that set out their understanding of what our objectives and goals were and made it clear to us what would be effective and what would not be. They have consistently yielded us fantastic results and return on investment on our social media advertising spend.

They are exceptionally professional and provide us with regular reports and updates. This transparency makes it easy for us to manage our budgetary spend. They are exceptional at gaining an understanding of any new metrics we devise and they have a proper understanding of what our customers needs are. Over time, our partnership has developed to where they have a keen understanding of our industry and they adapt accordingly when the market changes.

We mainly communicate via WhatsApp which could prove challenging to other businesses, but not in this instance. The communication skills of all of their team are second to none and there is never any ambiguity or misunderstanding. This is vital to our continued success.

Their staff are exceptional and constantly communicate with us and reply to our queries promptly and effectively. The team works non stop to calibrate our advertising campaigns for maximum results. From an abysmal start left behind by their predecessors, they have grown our ad spend massively, got us back to profitability and put our company back on a growth trajectory less than a month after starting after months of decline. They have been extremely honest and upfront, always underpromising and overdelivering, despite massive account issues (fb bans and the like) always executing on our strategy even if they dont feel fully comfortable with it (fast scaling) and doing so succesfully.

The team is truly excellent. You are in safe hamds here, and if they dont think something is feasible./ profitable they will tell you immediately. These guys will protect and grow your money as if it was theirs.

Very fast and effective workflow. They give us updates, we give them ideas and they just excute.
