Over the years, Centrico Digital has helped us with development, design, analytics, and optimization projects. They’ve used the following tools: HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Data Studio, Google Ads, and WordPress.

Initially, we worked with 2–3 persons from Centrico Digital. Currently, they’ve assigned 4–5 resources to our projects.

I wasn’t the one who hired them, but I imagine our company found them through references.

We’ve spent $120,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2015, and the collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Centrico Digital has allowed us to have a greater ROI, which is why we’ve worked with them for so long. 

How did Centrico Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They excel in project management and communication. We use Slack to communicate and evaluate progress monthly. It’s great that they are always available and can immediately solve any issue. Their team is highly professional and take deadlines seriously, so they’ve never let us down in that regard.   

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are great at data analysis and web design.

No, nothing comes to mind.

I am the marketing manager for a financial software solutions firm.

What challenges were you trying to address with Centrico Digital?

Being a B2B company, our main goal is to generate leads that can eventually become opportunities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They develop marketing strategies so we can take advantage of our CRM tools and manage our digital platforms like our social networks, Ads campaigns, and more. They have used Typeform, Google Ads, and GoToWebinar, among others.

We have an account manager, and he works with two other people.

One of our managers met their general manager by chance some years ago.

We’ve spent about $55,000 per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started about four years ago and continue our collaboration with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We stopped working with them for a while for budget reasons and collaborated with another agency, but that didn’t last for more than six months. We had to go back to Centrico Digital because we realized they truly have higher quality.

They do not only what they have to do but always try to provide added value. We have constant communication, and they are always giving us new ideas and showing us the latest trends in the market. They care about their clients, and it shows.

How did Centrico Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Trello for project follow-up, and we use Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp groups, so we are in constant communication by different means. We’ve had some delays, but they always keep us informed about the reasons and resolve them quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a clear strategy, which is why they have grown a lot and expanded their presence in international markets. They care about their employees, and they have a great sense of belonging to the company, which is something you can see in the services they provide. They have great practices that would be good for any company to have.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We are in different countries, and despite our good communications, sometimes I wish they were here more often.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are currently meeting very ambitious KPIs around ticket sales as a result of their work. We have not completed the full project yet, but it is on track. They also developed a wide range of marketing materials (digital, print, video, ads, etc) which are absolutely beautiful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Exceptional. They have many tools and processes to make communication and workflow effortless. They also work with our team to adjust to our needs and work style vs. forcing us to adjust to theirs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is detailed, organized, strategic, caring, and responsive. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The mistakes they have made have been quickly and professionally corrected. They are a top notch operation.

Centrico Digital is helping us with strategy development to increase awareness of our brand and our social media presence. They're also doing website design for us and help us resolve technical issues. When it comes social media, they manage everything, including Facebook ads and customer comments. We meet every week to discuss our strategies.

The traffic to my webinars and the number of leads coming from social media have increased. The CRM they've created for me helps me keep track of my clients and see where referrals are coming from.

That've done an excellent job. Also, they're very accessible and have quick turnaround times. We mostly use Trello, WhatsApp, and Zoom to communicate.
