UpRaw delivers our PPC/Google Ads Strategy by monitoring our CPA and lead quality and underpinning the delivery of all ads. We align the advertising strategy with the data within our CRM to increase the quality of conversions and monitor this monthly. Additionally, UpRaw monitors and executes our Social Media advertising strategy, ensuring our ads are tracked and delivering conversions.

Absolutely. UpRaw are an extended arm to our business that is on hand to support with troubleshooting issues, understand our customers and increase the performance of our ads. We work collaboratively to improve our advertising strategy, choose budgets and launch campaigns on multiple channels, with the aim of always improving our CPA and lead quality. Lorenzo, specifically, is a very dedicated account manager. He is always on hand to look into issues and is very knowledgeable.

Their understanding of the customer and the quality of the agency-client relationship is highly commendable. We trust their judgment and ability to exceed expectations/provide the right advice when needed. In agencies you can find quality of service can decrease in time, but that is not the case with UpRaw. With each step forward, there is improvement and learnings which we take on board to plan our next step.

Upraw has shown to have steadily improved our ad performance over the period of 3 years of working with them.
