We needed someone to provide us with content creation.

We initially gave them a detailed list of our expectations for our site, and they created the content and strategized its development based on those standards.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have any specific metrics, but the team did meet their deadlines, and was able to publish around 60 articles.

How did Verblio perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well from a project management standpoint, as they were able to strictly adhere to our deadlines and budget.

They typically utilized email, phone, and Google Docs in the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their efficiency in meeting deadlines and quotas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The writing could’ve been better, as some of the wording were unclear and convoluted.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My only advice is to not accept the work if it isn’t written correctly.
