Our social media followers have dramatically increased. We’ve also seen a dramatic increase in engagement on our sites. In our small community, numerous people have commented to me in person about my content. The podcast segments are obviously reaching my target market.

The process I have in Google doc isn't what's being followed. Not sure what the actual steps are. There's some guidance there with the services but for the price right now I don't see much value. Not because I'm not viral but because there hasn't been a lot of work done from the team. Not what I anticipated

Project managment was engaged with clear instructions and guidance durring 1 on 1 sessions. I was definitly the bottleneck with my workload at the shop.

As I was the bottleneck I will take responsability for not having made it through the full course in 6 months. I have no negative feedback for Viral coach accordingly. If I was to be fully engaged I am confident I would have learned even more
