Andriy at Virvo Digital consulted on the redesign of our website, which social media platforms to use and how to improve our performance on these platforms. He suggested social media managers and suggested longer term projects to achieve our goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our community engagement on social media, especially Instagram, is 2-4x higher on every post since consulting with Virvo Digital. Our visiting guest artists appreciate this publicity and effort to highlight the extraordinary quality of their performances and also the concert-going experience as a whole. We also have a clearer idea of who engages with us on social media vs. email newsletters vs. mailed letters. This helps us to better tailor our messaging.

We had a number of consultations with Virvo Digital where we defined goals, chose strategies, and then evaluated what was working. Andriy always responded quickly and had a sense of what would or wouldn't work and why.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Andriy has his finger on the pulse of the ever-changing world of digital marketing. He quickly distilled marketing principles and strategies to tailor a plan for us to better engage our audiences and bring new audiences to our concerts. Andriy has a capacious knowledge of marketing and understands the intricacies of each social media platform. 

He cautions against relying on vanity metrics, though, and he challenges us to better define our goals at each stage so we can continually evaluate whether we are achieving them. Virvo Digital is a clear choice for small nonprofits like us who need to be strategic with our marketing while also managing countless other projects.
