Our customer service agents are your Brand Ambassadors. The primary role of a brand ambassador is to build brand awareness, increase visibility, and foster a positive image of the brand among consumers. They do this by actively engaging with the brand’s target audience through various channels, such as telephone calls, tech support, sales, and DM chats.
