The relationship broke down as the websites SEO ranking actually decreased on google over the 12 months that Webchoice was engaged. We identified problems, asked for meetings and gave them numerous opportunities to fix things. Their only solution was to build another website at great cost. This was in fact untrue and unecessary.

How did your relationship with your partner evolve?

We had to sequest another SEO company to do an audit of works and it transpired that basic SEO work had not been conducted. To give an example there was over 250 broken links on the site. I really don't think WEB CHOICE knows what they are doing.

In what ways can they improve?

Actually do the work they are paid for.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

Go elsewhere.

The process was easy for us to follow. We sat down and discussed our needs and followed up by a questionnaire and mockups, the delivery was done reasonably soon after that.

They were personally recommended. Two other companies had failed to engage with us.

We provided a mock up of the desired site. Webchoice responded with two wire frames and we liked one of them. Webchoice then produced our website using WordPress and after some final tweaks made it live.
